1. Acceptance of Terms

By using kaidogarage.eu, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Service Description

Kaido Garage is a website for the Kaido Riders automotive and motorcycle community. It includes editorial content, shop previews, crew information, private member areas and app-related pages.

3. Intellectual Property

Texts, logos, graphics, design, code and Kaido Garage or Kaido Riders branding are protected. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission is not allowed.

4. Shop and Purchases

The Kaido Shop is currently in preview where marked as coming soon. Final prices, availability, checkout, returns and payment conditions will be shown before real purchases are enabled.

5. User Conduct

Users must not upload illegal, offensive, harmful or rights-infringing content. Kaido Garage does not promote illegal racing, dangerous riding or behavior contrary to the law.

6. Liability

Road News and website content are provided for information only. We aim to verify sources, but we cannot guarantee that every external source remains available, complete or updated.

7. Community and Membership

Crew membership is not automatic. Requests may be approved, rejected or suspended by Admin/CEO roles according to internal rules, safety standards and legal compliance.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumer disputes follow the competent consumer forum where applicable; business disputes may be handled by the competent court under Italian law.
